Founded in 1972 by William P. Anderson for the purpose of managing and acquiring multi-family properties in the Western United States. Since its formation, the purpose of the company has been expanded to include management of commercial properties, as well as condominium association management.

There are no extraneous levels of management between the people responsible for the success of the project and the on-site personnel managing the day to day affairs of the project.
